Q: Do your tools have a lifetime guarantee?
A: Most lifetime guarantees offered by other companies only cover for normal use and do not cover wear and tear or abuse. We have a similar policy though we believe we are more honest. If you break a tool, loose a bit or need an extra part - contact us and if we have it we will send it to you.

Q: Can I buy direct from Gunson?
A: No, sorry, we are distributors only and our customers would not appreciate us selling direct. We sell to a wide range of customers in wholesale and retail outlets plus several companies who will sell on-line. See the stockist section for full details or go to Buy Online.

Q: If I have a technical problem can anyone help?

Q: If I see a product advertised should I contact you direct?
A: If you go to the stockist page on the website and type in your postcode you should find a stockist near you.  We also offer sellers who will mail order or will sell online.

Q: I have a new tool I would like to have made. Is there anyone who would be interested in producing it?
A: We are always interested in new tools and have had various products made and marketed. Send us your ideas and we will handle them discretely and with honest and practical solutions
